🚭 Strict No Smoking Policy:
No smoking anywhere on the property. The risk of fire and/or burn damage to the wooden decks is too substantial. Smoking on the property will be subject to a $200 fine.
♨️ Hot Tub Safety Rules:
• ‼️ Exercise extreme caution when entering or exiting to avoid slipping or falling. The hot tub is deeper than it looks—please watch your step! ‼️
• Children 5 or under are NOT allowed in or near the hot tub. Ages 6–17 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• If anyone feels dizzy or overheated, please exit immediately. Limit hot tub usage to 10–15 minutes at a time.
• Please put the hot tub cover back on after every use, or it may not retain heat for your next soak.
